Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Destination

We ship to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Currently we do not deliver to other regions.

Shipping Time

Shipping time: 12–25 business days from China after dispatch. Please allow extra time for unexpected customs delays or logistics congestion.

Shipping Rates

• United States & Canada: Flat shipping rate $5.99

• United Kingdom: Flat shipping rate $6.99
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $99 USD.

Import Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import tax or clearance fees charged by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number. If you cannot track your parcel normally, please email us at support@pawluxe.com with your order number.

Lost Package

Please contact us immediately if your package is marked lost. We will coordinate with logistics providers for investigation.
